Shipping and Handling
L'Art des Animaux uses Canada Post for all shipping needs. Once shipped, a 3 to 4 business day delay is expected for the arrival of your order (Quebec residents). A 7 business day delay is expected for other Canadian provinces. Customers should check for local specificities with Canada Post.
The shipping costs are paid for by the customer as well as all handling fees. Fees may vary according to the weight of the pacakage and the shippment method (priority or regular).
Note that the larger the order, the smaller the handling fee. The amount for shipping and handling is detailed in the invoice.
If shipping outside Canada, customs must be charged to the customer.

L'Art des animaux can exchange or refund all products (except kibble/dry food) bought through the website within a delay of 10 days of the shipment.
The returned product must be sent with the invoice as well as a note explaining the reason for an exchange or a refund.
If the product ordered is defective, it will be replaced by an identical product. If L'Art des Animaux has not shipped the correct item, it will send the correct product. The wrong product must be shipped back intact and in its original packaging. In both cases, L'Art des Animaux assumes shipping fees and risks.
However, if the product is sent back for reasons other than defect or error in shipping, the product must be returned in its original packaging and shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Risks will be assumed by the customer.
